• Lead multi-functional initiatives with a collaborative approach to refine solution options and define the recommended solution through multiple stakeholder discussions

• Perform pre-sales solution architect role for digital engagements including:

• Understand UX/UI stakeholder needs, and specific design techniques and their role in problem definition and solution design

• Refine solution options to meet the business problem/opportunity

• Explore the major components and delivery mechanisms for digital solution options

• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes to determine a recommended solution and gain stakeholder agreement

• Work closely with internal/external technical and business Subject Matter Experts (SME) to translate business requirements into well-designed components and value-driven solutions

• Analyze existing framework and tech specs, document requirements for what is needed, and then determine optimum solutions to solve the need.

Candidate Requirements :-

• BA or BS degree

• 5+ years of equivalent experience in information technology with complex systems design and end-to-end development efforts

• 3+ years of hands-on solutions architecture experience working with digital commerce and operational systems in multi-geographic organizations

• 3+ years of experience with Emerging Tech. (IoT, AI/ML, etc.);

• hands-on experience in designing and developing consumer-facing digital engagement solutions

• Understanding of full technology stack and proven experience with architectural design patterns including Microservices, APIs, event-driven data flows, serverless, containers, connectivity, device management, etc.

• Experienced in designing solutions based on Cloud architectures, platforms

• Experience in influencing stakeholders in the consultative and pre-sales mode

• Skilled with a broad, conceptual understanding of the technology architecture trends and directions coupled with demonstrated technical mastery for technologies, frameworks, and/or languages

• Experience with providing technical direction to delivery teams on key modernization and transition initiatives and ensuring that all architecture design and analysis work is properly documented, distributed, socialized, and persist for reuse

• Knowledge of IT architectural paradigms and concepts, including Cloud Infrastructure, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), event-driven architecture (EDA), API development, and managed services

• Experience owning a digital strategy for a company – will start with the marketing team and their digital platform, and grow from there

• Experience in developing and implementing digital projects and the vendor relationships that go along with that effort
