Inside Sales Manager


Job Description :-

We are on the lookout for an Inside sales Manager to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business in the US Market. This role is based in India and reports to the Head of Inside Sales. You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as blanketing the region with outbound activity in order to maximize lead generation. You are also responsible for the effective management of direct sales executives and managing sales operations. Roles & Responsibilities :-

  • Prospecting relentlessly for new customers to deliver strong sales pipeline in accordance with targets and other KPIs for the Inside sales team to achieve monthly quotas

  • Develop new business with constant communication to prospective customers on Email, LinkedIn, Calling etc. to introduce prospects to the solutions and offerings

  • Conduct appropriate researches and understand each prospect before making the call

  • Responsible for maintaining daily reports and trackers as well as recording all activities in CRMs

  • Drive attendance to Marketing Campaigns (Events / Webinars / Virtual Events etc.)

  • Schedule meetings/calls with the potential customer and sales representatives and work closely to seamlessly hand-off leads to the sales team

  • Build high performing Inside Sales team in India by creating a strong sales culture focused on performance and positive experience

  • Develop, coach and inspire the team of sales executives to create a solid sales pipeline

  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

  • Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

Candidate Requirements :-

  • 6-8 years of experience working in Inside Sales role with Technology / IT firms in the US Market is a MUST

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills

  • Must be experienced in selling IT products and solutions (Cloud Services/Solutions, Data Analytics Solutions, Applications etc.) and the ability to identify how these products and services align to customer needs

  • Hands-on experience in using Lead management and CRM tools (Salesforce etc.)

  • Experience in building a sales pipeline and generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, etc. and pitch to managerial level profiles of the IT department decision-makers from various organizations

  • Experience in leading a team of sales representatives

  • Start-up acumen - Get the hands dirty and get the work done without excuses

  • Self-starter with a high energy level & self-motivated who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell IT products/services

  • Excellent proficiency in MS - Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
